THE ART OF PRACTICE

An opportunity for Reiki students to gather as a community, pause, tune in and up, reflect, ask questions, and develop skills and confidence by practicing key elements of the Usui Reiki Ryoho. It is also an opportunity to open ourselves to what is in our lives, gain clarity, and bring healing. This time is yours. Thank you for your presence and ongoing commitment toward yourself and your community. The group practice requires a minimum of 4 participants. 

The guided practices are rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and depending on the day may include:

- Breathing meditation

- Reiki precepts

- Hands-on-healing for self and others
