Reiki II Okuden Class - June 2024

REIKI LEVEL II / OKUDEN

Reiki is a spiritual healing system that promotes overall balance and personal development.This class will lead you to go deeper into your Reiki practice with symbols and mantras and learn how to perform distant healing,

Weekend class: June 29 from 1 PM to 5 PM and June 30 from 10 AM to 3 PM @ Yogaview-Wilmette - in-person

This class is an 9-hour certification training in the traditional Japanese approach to Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho. It combines lecture, discussion, demonstration, and practice time. A manual and a certificate are included. 

Perquisite: Reiki Level I – Shoden.  The minimum class size is 2 students. Participation in those 8 hours is required for completion of the training and certification.

PREREQUISITE: Usui Reiki Ryoho Level I Shoden. For students coming from a different Reiki lineage, please contact the teacher.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Hatsurei Ho – a 3 step-method that includes meditation practice
• 3 Usui Reiki symbols and mantras
• Enkaku Chiryo Ho – “distant' method” to practice Reiki remotely
• Byosen Reikan Ho – an energetic scanning method to sense imbalances
• Reiji Ho - a method to receive insight
• Explore the practice of Reiki professionally
• Receive 3 Reiju or spiritual blessings
