Reiki Group Practice - November

THE ART OF PRACTICE

An opportunity for Reiki students/practitioners to gather, tune in and up, heal, and connect more deeply with themselves, the world around them, and life as a whole. The practice will be guided by Veronique. Simply join to experience and relax. The focus of this 3-hour event is on self-practice and practice with others. There will also be some time for sharing. 

The guided exercises offered in this gathering are rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and depending on the time may include:

- Breathing meditation

- Reiki precepts

- Hands-on-healing for self and others

- Chanting

- Distance Reiki

- Reiju

You may bring your own yoga mat, floor cushions, and blankets if you wish knowing that these are also available at the studio. Hands-on healing with each other will be offered on a chair. A massage table will be available as well if preferred. Please bring your own water bottle. Masks are not required but are encouraged if you feel more comfortable wearing them. The space will allow distancing if needed. The focus is on self-practice. Those interested/comfortable working with others can do so.
