THE ART OF PRACTICE
An opportunity for Reiki students/practitioners to gather as a community, take a pause, tune in and up, reflect, ask questions and develop skills and confidence by practicing key elements of the Usui Reiki Ryoho. It is also an opportunity to open ourselves more to what is present in our lives, gain clarity and bring healing. This time is yours. The group practice requires a minimum of 4 participants.
The guided practices are rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and depending on the day may include:
- Breathing meditation
- Reiki precepts
- Hands-on-healing for self and others
