This mentoring session offers a supportive space to explore the Reiki precepts as a foundation for our practice and living guides. Together, we reflect on how these principles can ground us, clarify our intentions, and gently reshape the way we meet ourselves and others. Through discussion, guided inquiry, and simple practices, we deepen our understanding of each precept and learn how to embody them in daily life. This session invites sincerity, presence, and a renewed connection to the heart of Reiki.

Whether you’re beginning or returning to your practice, this is a place to pause, reset, and realign with what matters. Your practice, your pace, your path—held within community.
