Reiki Circle of Care
Cultivating presence. Connecting people. Sharing care.
Reiki Community Care brings Reiki into our communities through shared experiences, learning, and practices that nurture awareness, well-being, and compassionate connection. We intend to make Reiki accessible beyond the treatment table, creating opportunities for people to experience the practice, cultivate it for themselves, and explore how its principles can enrich everyday life.
The Reiki Circle of Care
The Reiki Circle of Care offers a welcoming space for people to come together, whether they are new to Reiki or already have an established practice. They could be offered as a monthly community gathering to experience, practise, and share Reiki. Each gathering can have its own theme while maintaining a common intention: to cultivate presence, deepen our practice, and share care.
Each gathering may include
* Experiencing Reiki: sharing hands-on Reiki in a supportive environment, with respect for individual comfort and choice.
* Breathwork and mindfulness: cultivating presence through gentle breathing and awareness practices.
* Self-practice: exploring ways to incorporate Reiki into everyday life.
* Embodying the Reiki precepts: reflecting on how the principles can guide our responses to life's challenges and nurture meaningful relationships.
* Connection and community: sharing space, learning from one another, and discovering how care can extend beyond individual practice.
Bringing Reiki to your organization
In addition to monthly community gatherings, Reiki Community Care welcomes opportunities to collaborate with organizations interested in offering Reiki experiences, introductory sessions, and educational workshops to the people they serve.
