REIKI LEVEL II — OKUDEN

A 10-hour Reiki training in the traditional Japanese practice of Usui Reiki Ryōhō. A private 1:1 option is also available.

CLASS OVERVIEW

Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice and healing art developed by Usui Mikao in the early 20th century to support balance, well-being, and personal growth. Its original name, Shinshin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryōhō, can be translated as “Usui Reiki Method for Improving Body and Mind.” Today, Reiki is practiced worldwide in many forms.

Okuden, meaning “Inner Teachings,” is the second level of Reiki training. Building on the foundation established in Shoden, this training invites you to deepen your practice, refine sensitivity, and explore the relationship between awareness, intention, and Reiki.

The training consists of two parts (2 × 5 hours) and follows a traditional Japanese approach. Through meditation, hands-on practice, symbols and mantras, distant Reiki practice, and deeper exploration of the Reiki Precepts, you will continue to develop your personal practice and your ability to support others with greater presence and sensitivity.

Attendance at the full program is required to certify.
