30-minute distace healing session


Distance healing is not so much about distance but rather about becoming more deeply aware that we are all already energetically inter-connected through the web of life. A Reiki distance healing session works very much like an in-person session except for the physical presence and touch that are energetic. A short guided meditation may be used to help body and mind to settle and relax.



Have a clear intent for your session.

Choose a calm and comfortable space in your home, one where you will feel safe and not be disturbed.

Choose a piece of soft music to play during your session or not if you prefer to be in silence.

You may lie down on your bed, on a couch or sit comfortably on a chair.

You can wrap yourself up in a warm and soft blanket with pillows around.

You may place a glass of water nearby to drink at the end of the session.

  • By registering, I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle,  energy healing practice that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, counselling, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
