Online 1-hour private Reiki self-care session.
ABOUT THE SELF-CARE SESSION
This one-hour online Reiki self-care practice in the traditional Japanese style of Reiki offers participants the opportunity to take a pause to relax, refresh, and come back to their original state of balance. This practice is guided by Veronique Frede, Reiki Teacher. It may include breathing exercises and meditation, hands-on healing on ourselves, finding balance through the Japanese energy system, exploring the Reiki precepts as life-guiding principles as well as receiving distance healing from the teacher.
Make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable place at the time of the session.
We recommend you download the Zoom app on your laptop, desktop, or phone.
Please test your audio/video in advance.
You can practice seated on a chair or on the floor in seiza or lotus position.
Plan for an hour session.
Have some water available to drink.

By registering, I understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, energy healing practice that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, counselling, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. I understand that Reiki does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
