Reiki I/Shoden

This is the beginning of your journey of healing and self-discovery. Participants will learn the foundational principles of Reiki as well as tools and techniques to cultivate clarity and well-being in life.

Reiki II/Okuden

Participants will consolidate the foundational principles of the system of Reiki, internalize additional tools and techniques to go deeper, and practice Reiki remotely, beyond time and space. This class is also designed for those interested in becoming professional Reiki practitioners.

Reiki III/Shinpiden

This class leads participants to step into their own self-mastery. Shinpiden is the Japanese word for "mystery teachings". Reiki III is a powerful training that empowers and guides students to embody more fully their inner light to "be Reiki" in the world.  Reiki Shinpiden simply offers a possibility to go deeper into the practice to gain clarity and confidence in our own capacity for sharing the teachings when the time is right.
